Option 1
Delete your account in the app
HomeKooc Business → Settings → Account → Delete Account
Enter your password, and confirm.
Option 2
Request deletion by email
Email hello@homekooc.com from your registered email address with the subject “Delete my HomeKooc Business account” and include your registered phone number.
We will delete your account within 30 days.

Account and login details
Business profile
Menu items and images
Bank details
Uploaded certificates and licences
Location data
Data we retain
Order and invoice records may be retained for up to 3 years for tax and legal requirements. After the applicable retention period, they will be permanently deleted.
