The current web service is provided and controlled by HomeKooc. The terms of use for this service may affect your local legal rights and obligations. If you do not agree to be bound onto all of terms of use, you may not access the website to use the services of HomeKooc.

There may be times when we offer a special offer or a notification that has its own terms and conditions that apply in addition to these terms of use. In those cases, the terms specific to the special offer or notifications control to the extent there is a conflict with these terms of use.

 

Cancellations or Amendments

Should you wish to cancel or amend an order that has been submitted, and payment has been authorised. You may contact out customer support team and they will try to contact the seller in order to communicate your requests.However there is no guarantee we will be able to reach the seller or seller will agree to your requests.

 

Complaints

We are committed to to give highest standards of service to all our customers. However, if under any circumstances, you are not satisfied with the quality of the product or the service overall, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of your order date. You can also leave us a review.

 

Pricing and Quality.

All prices and quality of our sellers is determined by them ( sellers ) not us ( homekooc ). However at any point if you feel dissatisfied or unhappy by a product, seller, delivery or price, please contact our customer support team. Our team will contact the seller and deal with the issue promptly.

 

Licensing and Copyright

All the content and photography material is been licensed and copyright. You may use any content or images for personal use . However, any commercial or marketing use of our content or images is not permitted.

 

Payments

If ( for any reason ) your payment is not authorised, your order will not be processed or reach to the seller.

 

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your right to use the website immediately with or without notifying you on our discretion.All Sellers on Homekooc are registered and comply with their local councils regulatory food and hygiene safety law. 

Agreement to terms of COD

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, or on behalf of an entity (you") and (Homekooc “we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the APP, Website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site"). You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY

PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

COD (CASH ON DELIVERY) is an optional feature offered to sellers. However, Homekooc management highly recommends NOT to use COD. Therefore, we, or us at Homekooc will not be responsible for any cancelled orders upon delivery. Sellers will require to take all matters regarding unpaid orders with customers individually.

 

Private chef and Catering Services

I DID NOT RECIEVE ANY QUOTES FOR MY EVENT. DO YOU MAKE EXCEPTIONS AND GO EXTRA MILE TO FIND A SUITABLE SERVICE FOR MY EVENT?

WHAT IS YOUR VETTING PROCESS.

Our caterers and chefs are registered with their local council. They have acquired hygiene safety courses with a minimum of level 2. 

IF I BOOKED A PRIVATE CHEF SERVICE THTOUGH HOMEKOOC APP, DOES YOUR CHEF BRING ALL THE  COOKING EQUIPMENT WITH THEM?
No, the chef will not bring cooking equipment. They will use your kitchen equipment such as pans and utensils.

 

DOES THE CHEF SET THE TABLE?

No, the chef does not set the table. Please make this arrangement prior to chef's arrival. 

 

DOES THE CHEF CLEAN UP?

There will be additional charges,  depending if chef is offering this service at extra cost.

 

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO MAKE MY BOOKING?

A minimum notice of 24 hours is required.

 

IF I AM BOOKING A PRIVATE CHEF SERVICE, DO I NEED TO BUY GROCERIES?

No,  The chef will arrive with the groceries, ingredients and spices and cook it in your kitchen.

 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Full refund if booking is 7 plus days away

50% Refund if your booking is 4 plus days away.

No refund if booking is less than 3 days away. In case of a genuine emergency please email us on hello@homekooc.com or what's App us on 07470533477.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF A CHEF CANCELS MY BOOKING?

we will seek to find you another chef with a similar menu urgently and compensate you a discount of 7.5% off your total order value.  In case we cannot arrange another chef, you will be eligible for a 100% refund. 


 

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SERVICE DELIVERED?

The chef is fully responsible for the delivery of the service and food. If the service is not being delivered to your satisfaction, please raise this with your chef during the event. If you are still unhappy with the outcome, please contact us on the same day of the event by 12 midnight.
